From newborn shoots to Grandmother’s 99th birthday-rave, in my experience in family photography I have the pleasure of capturing precious moments of life at both ends of the spectrum!

NEWBORN SHOOTS
Location shoots are great for multiple reasons.
Working with natural light produces beautiful photographs, with unique shadows and highlights that are impossible to replicate in a studio.
The outside allows us to capture true-to-life images, for more natural moments as you enjoy your surroundings.
This is a relaxed shoot, where we stroll around beautiful locations, keeping things adventurous for everyone!
Whether we shoot at your favourite location or one of mine, this shoot will provide 50 high-resolution photographs

We'll book in a session in a natural setting, and your partner can come along too.
We'll stroll through the park and I'll guide you to all the peaceful spots for some natural photographs.

How do we receive our photos?
Once I have put the finishing touches on your photographs I will send the link with the high-resolution images for you to download. This link will be sharable and available for 1 year but please back up your photographs so that they are safe.
What happens after the shoot?
When we've got some beautiful photographs of you and your family I'll go home and select the best to 60 to carefully edit.
What shall we wear?
We will be going off the path for the best locations to shoot, so appropriate footwear is a good idea. I often get asked what colour of clothes work best; I find that my light and airy style suits pastels, denim, and whites with no big logos.

We'll be shooting in the beautiful Welsh outdoors. I will keep a close eye on the weather forecast leading up to the date and confirm with you the best possible time to shoot. If there are any particular times of day that suit you best, then let me know and I'll make a note.

What do I need to do for the shoot?
Whether we're in my home or yours you'll have lots of props to choose from for the shoot. If you'd like to bring some of your own, then you're absolutely welcome too!
Truly beautiful photographs of your newborn are never rushed so allow 2-3hrs for the shoot.
